ArchiBuild Expo Melbourne 2025
ArchiBuild Expo 2025, an exhibition being held from June 12 to 14 at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC), is expected to be Australia’s biggest architectural building products, materials, and systems expo of 2025. Co-located with Design Show Australia and the Kitchen+Bath Show, the expo will have more than 250 exhibitors and 1,000+ products and brands for the attendance of over 12,500 professionals from the architecture and design, and construction industries. Attendees are exposed to the newest solution in different verticals, such as in flooring, laminates, building lights, smart home appliances, windows, doors, stone surfaces, paints, and exterior materials.
One of this year’s ArchiBuild Expo highlights is the introduction of the FutureBuild Neighbourhood – a dedicated 1,500-meter space that presents the latest sustainable product innovation which will encourage the built environment to nature-positive and net-zero goals. This carefully selected space will be full of pioneering materials, technologies, and systems that will demonstrate the future of sustainable construction and design. Working together with the best partners including the Australian Institute of Architects, Global GreenTag, and International WELL Building Institute, the FutureBuild Neighbourhood will showcase eco-certified products and lead to the wide shift of industry towards greener building practices.
Also, there will be a Sustainability Pavilion at the expo in collaboration with ArchiPro and GreenTag, which will provide information on new sustainable products that have recently come out. Attendees also can see the ArchiBuild Bar, designed from the low-silica processed NewGen stone of SmartStone, consisting of 56% of recycled parts. There will be panel discussions focusing on innovations in design technology and local manufacturing, such as ‘Sustainable Building Design for Australia’s Changing Climate. It will provide suggestions about sustainable building amidst the climate crisis we are experiencing.
