Key procedures cost and quality control
We produce according to customers' specification strictly under quality management system and offer you reasonable price with fair quality.
Finalization of Order Process?
After we finalize the design and source of production, we negotiate with clients for Price, Commercial terms and Delivery terms. We go for further process after receipt of purchase order.
Production
After confirmation of order, the Quality and production team will start follow up for production. Both side requirement from factory as well as from client. Like sample finalization, Box design, packing requirement and pellet packing & logistics.
Quality Control& Supply
The Quality team will do the quality control for ongoing production as well as final inspection after production. The Quality control will cover following aspects :
a) Design finalization as per client requirement and master samples.
b) Online Production check as per international standards. ISO, EN & IS.
c) Check Technical and visual inspection of goods including packing parameters.
d) Look after pellet packing as per export parameters and also check the special requirement of client if any.
e) Loading inspection of containers. This inspection will include pellet quality, loading pictures and proper sealing and fumigation of containers as well.
